SHIPPING POLICY


FREE SHIPPING


a) Shipping is complimentary for deliveries within the Toronto area, spanning a 10km radius from the starting point (this is the ​Free Shipping Area- FSA) for orders exceeding $70. Deliveries are arranged for the weekends only.

b) Pick-up is an option as well; just schedule a time that works for you, with no minimum purchase required.

c) Free shipping is available throughout Canada (excluding FSA) for orders over $120.


CANADA WIDE SHIPPING


A flat shipping rate of $7 applies to all orders of $70 and under in FSA areas, with deliveries scheduled for weekends.

A fixed shipping fee of $20 applies to all orders below $120 in the rest of Canada (excluding FSA ).


US SHIPPING


A flat rate of $35 is charged for shipping across the US. After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification ​via email.


PROCESSING TIME


All valid orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days upon receipt. To ensure prompt processing, please choose ​the correct shipping option during checkout; otherwise, your order may face delays.
